About this wine 

For the Carignan, Maxime crafted a delicate wine with minimal tannins, thanks to a 10-day maceration process without pumping over. This results in a stunning Pinot Noir-like color, marrying the Carignan's structure with finesse. Experience the transformation of Carignan into a nuanced and elegant wine, challenging the notion of it being solely powerful and bold. 

Harvested from a 40-year old parcel at the foothills of Mount Ventoux in Vacluse. Manual harvest, whole cluster vinification without intervention and then aged for 6 months in old oak barrels.
