About this wine

Caroline Ledédenté is a very talented and skilled young winemaker. She started her journey in wine in Paris working for some great places with natural wine. After being too curious on the production, she got an internship with Alice Bouvot at Domaine de l'Octavin i Jura and started her own project afterwards. Now she is located in Artemare in the dramatic and beautiful Bugey producing fine, wild and great natural wines. This is her Le bon blanc made from Chasselas. Crispy, vibrant and mineral white ready for drinking A-S-A-P!
