At one hand this is everything not usual from Pfalz, but at the other hand, you feel the Pfalzer terroir. Macerated Riesling. Yum. Light and delicate tannins, combined with an aromatic profile parfume-companies would die to have. This is a great wine. Watch out for them young people in Germany!
