About this wine

As 2021 was a very complicated vintage, Seiichi decided to mix his two Bourgogne Rouge and make a blend. So, De Sousa and Les Lormes is now Souvenir. But what a wine. 

Vinification is the like his other wines. Maceration with the stems, no pump-overs to avoid to much extraction, long aging on old wood and only minimal sulphites added at bottling. Yum, yum, yum.
