2020 Sauvignon Blanc "Salty white Amphora"

About this wine

We guess you already tasted New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, but we are also quite sure that you haven't tasted something like this one. Skin macerated and aged in Amphora. What's special about the Salty White is the vinification. Part of the blend is aged in stainless steel, part in amphora, and two barrels are filled and left untopped to develop flor which you probably knows from Jura, France. These separate parts are then blended before bottling. Unfined, unsulphured and unfiltered.
