About this wine

When Xarel-lo hits this level, it is one the most underrated grapes. It is mineral, aromatic, acidity-driven and out the league balanced. The grapes comes from an 32 year old vineyard with calcareous soil. Fermentation with the skins for six weeks in amphora followed by aging for 8 moths on terracotta amphora.
