About this wine

The name Granselva originates from Selva di Montebello, the enchanting birthplace of the grapes for this exquisite wine. Sourced from youthful 10-year-old vines of the Garganega, Durella, and Chardonnay varieties, these grapes are delicately pressed as whole clusters without maceration, undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Maturation is carried out in stainless steel over approximately 7 months before bottling. The result is a vibrant, fruity wine with a boasting elevated acidity and freshness, perfect for both aperitif enjoyment and as a complement to a wide array of cuisines!
