About this wine

Tai Rosso is a native grape in the Colli Berici but it is quite uncommon to find nowadays in the area. Sauro is fighting to increase the popularity due to its elegant, but spicy character. Damn good wine, made from young vines. Skin contact for 30 days then racked into big old and used oak barrels.
