About this wine

This is a delicious field blend, made from nothing less than 5 different grape varieties. Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. 

All destemmed and fermented together on the skins for 6 weeks. Pressed into old barrels and bottled without filtration, fining nor addition of sulphites.
