2020 Blend "Life on Mars"
About this wine
Here's a blend you probably haven't seen many times before. Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling. All grapes are harvested from their own organic parcels, a dream since they moved back to New Zealand to produce their own wines.
Pinot Gris was stomped overnight and pressed to stainless steel. Chardonnay directly pressed to barrique's. Riesling was stomped overnight and fermented in barrique. Blended two months before bottling. Yum yum yum.
