About this wine

Pinot Noir on the skins, Chardonnay direct press and then co-fermented with Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc in tank. Then everything is blended and second fermentation in bottle. This banger of a sparkling is not disgorged and comes in a beautiful light red color. Bubbles are very delicate and fine. Yum!
