This year we have been very lucky to get our hands on the "A Pérot" from Domaine des Canailles. Their version is a 100% whole bunch on stainless steel. No filtration and just 1 mg/l of added sulphur at the bottling. We have been so lucky to get a pre taste and we promise you that is it god damn god!
