About this wine 

This Gamay is harvested from two vineyards, the Sonnemot with 60-year-old vines on clay-limestone and from the Le Bouc, a vineyard with 24-year-old vines on sand and white clay. Pressed before being fermented for three weeks. Aged on old oak barrels for 15 months before being bottled unsulphured and unfiltered. Only 2000 bottles produced in total.
