Juice, elegant and super refreshing blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. What's not to like? We are stoked about the 2020 vintage from Rob and Kate, where they reached their ultimate goal, to source all fruit from their own organic vineyards.
60% destemmed Pinot Gris Co-fermented in a tank with 40% destemmed Pinot Noir. Pressed after 2 weeks, 75% into stainless steel tank
and 25% into puncheon.
