About this wine 

Domaine Les Grandes Vignes also known as Familie Vaillant have been producing wine since the 17th century and passing on the land from generation to generation. Since 2008 the whole farm has been certified biodynamic and all wines are made without addition og sulphites. Le P'tit Vaillant is their entry level wine, a blanc de noir made from the red varieties Groslot and Cabernet Franc. Direct press into tiled ceramic vats for fermentation and aging. Boom.
