About this wine 

Who doesn't love a good Cabernet Franc? This version is elegant and fine, but on the other hand wild and dirty. The grapes are harvested from the Lieu-dit Le Champ du Moulin with an average of 60 year old vines. 

All grapes are destemmed and then macerated for 14 days. Then moved to old barrels for alcoholic fermentation as well as malolactic fermentation and then left for ageing on the same barrels for 6 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and unsulphured.
