About this wine 

The grapes for this wonderful Cabernet Franc come from the Le Bouc vineyard, featuring 33-year-old vines planted in soft soil on white and gray clay, as well as darker earth on red clay. They are, of course, harvested by hand, with half of the grapes being destemmed before being gently pressed in an old horizontal press. The juice is then moved into big old barrels for 15 months. No sulfur is added at any stage of the process. Only 1000 bottles were produced in total! Don't miss out on this delightful experience!
