About this wine

Here's a wine for colder times! Dark, dense and spicy on the palette but with a refreshing acidity that gives you the elegance and balance this type of wine needs! 
The vineyards are located in the mountains from Batea to La Pobla de Massaluca at 450 meters above sea level. Spontaneous fermentation with, of course, indigenous yeast. Maceration for 15 days before aging for 7 months in used oak barrels.
