About this wine

Another banger from Matteo! This is mix of 80% Trebbiano and 20% Malvasia. The Trebbiano was harvested slightly before being completely ripe and the Malvasia harvested at full maturity. After being pressed then macerated for 9 days together. 
The result is a beautifully, structured and very aromatic and exotic wine. Not too easy and not complex. Did someone say pineapple juice?
