About this wine

Jason Ligas is the man behind this powerful, expressive yet textured but very balanced rosé. Rosé or light red. You decide. Anyway, the freshness and acidity makes you crave for another glass! The grapes are grown on the highest mountain in Greece, Olympus mountain. Voi wines works more than organic on their ten hectares with the permaculture philosophy. Nothing is added, nothing is taken away. The grape varieties are mixed in the vineyards and all wines are made with the same grape material, but with different vinifications.
