About this wine

De Sousa was the first time we tasted from Seiichi first time we visited him. Standing in his cellar, late summer and having this beauty of a wine, man we could do that over and over again. 

The grapes are harvested from a biodynamic parcel in Volnay and it is among Seiichis personal favorites. We understand why and agree.

Vinification is the like his other wines. Maceration with the stems, no pump-overs to avoid to much extraction, long aging on old wood and only minimal sulphites added at bottling. Yum, yum, yum.
