About this wine

After we tasted the 2021 Pinot Noir, we suggested Jens and Uffe to produce a small amount of the Pinot Noir without added sulphites. They tasted the wine on tank and decided to bottle everything without. So here it is! Lush, acidic, elegant and easy to drink. Here you go.
