About this wine

This wine is mineral bomb with a citrus kind of vibe acidity. Just how we like it, right!?

Old barrels, long lees aging and just a great wine with no filtration, clarification and only a touch of sulphur at bottling. 

The biodynamic grapes are harvested from the parcel/lieu dit "En Chevrot" in the north-east corner of Saint Romain.
