About this wine

Nikolas Juretic ladies and gentlemen! This is the new rising star from Friuli. Nikolas have taken over his grandfathers family owned vineyards, which always have been farmed organically. This beauty of a wine is a mix og Ribolla, Malvasia and Tocai Friulano. A beautiful mix and a wine there is true to the area. There is an incredible depth, minerality and structure in the wine. After the harvest maceration was done with whole bunches over 4-5 days in open vats. After wards the grapes were gentle pressed and fermented in old wood barrels and concrete.
