About this wine

Have you ever tasted Beaujolais Blanc? Now's your chance! The grapes are harvested from a 60 year old biodynamic vineyard. After being pressed the wine ferments on stainless steel and then ages sur lie on 20% old oak barrels and 80% on stailess steel eggs. No filtration and minimal sulphur addition on bottling. 

Yum, what a quality and depth. Are we south of Burgundy or in Burgundy? If we had it blind we would say in!
