About this wine

This Chardonnay is made from clone 95 and clone 15. Grapes was handpicked on between the 21st and 24th of march. Then whole bunch pressed, settled overnight and then racked onto puncheons and old barriques. Aged for 10 month on the lees before being racked and aged another 6 months on stainless steel. Creamy and textural Chardonnay with a citrus and grape kind of acidity. Did someone say white Burgundy!?
