About this wine

Niveau demonstrates the versatility of Riesling and the diversity of the Lesom vineyards. Grapes from different sites were fermented separately before being brought together in a final blend, allowing each vineyard to contribute its own character.

The result is a layered and dynamic wine that reveals new details with time in the glass, combining freshness, texture, and complexity.

PRODUCTION: different vineyard sites fermented separately, 18 months of fine yeast aging, stainless steel, tonneau, and barrique

CHARACTER: 11 vol %, minimal yeast cloudiness, very spicy and mature, hearty, intensely juicy
