William Downie, or just Bill as all his friends call him, produces some of the finest Pinot Noirs in Australia. Period. 

After working several years in Burgundy working and plowing among the most coveted vineyards, William finally established his own domaine in 2003. Back home in Australia, he started his own project in Victoria north of Melbourne. 

His goal was to produce some of the finest Pinot Noirs in Australia. And man, he achieved that! The finesse, elegance and depth in his wines are hard to find outside Burgundy when speaking about Pinot Noir. 

With organic grown vines spread out i Gippsland, Mornington Peninsula and from his own biodynamic parcels in Baw Baw Shire, he is star you definitely need to try out!
