About this wine

Mlecnik produces wines that always are completely ready for the market! All wines always undergo two years on barrels and three years in bottle before being released. After being hand-harvested, the grapes are destemmed before being pressed and then macerated for four days in open vats with its indigenous yeast. Hereafter the wines are aged for two years on large, used oak barrels. No filtration and minimal sulphur addition at bottling. Voila. Traditional, old-school and perfectly balanced!
