About this wine 

Le Metisse is a blanc de Noir, dry Champagne in the Extra Brut style with 3,5 grams of dosage. Based 30% Chardonnay, 23% Pinot Meunier and 47% Pinot Noir. Elegant, very balanced and such a beautiful structure. Magnifique! 

Cuvee perpetual with 16% from older vintages.
