About this wine

Vinsanto! A sweet wine made from dried grapes. Delicious, nutty and slightly oxidative with a hint a sweetness. Yum. The grapes are selected in the vineyards mid-October and afterwards dried at racks in the vinsantaia. After being pressed and fermented the wine is aged for minimum four years in small chestnut barrels of 100 litres. 

Enjoy it for cheese or dark desserts with chocolate!
