About this wine

+5vov control voltage is the top level Chardonnay from Ochota Barrels. It is extremely limited due to the small production of only 458 bottles. The grapes comes from a small organic farmed parcel in the Piccadilly Valley, a ten minute drive from the winery in the Basket Range. This is an intense, incredible rich and well balanced Chardonnay who needs some years in the bottle.
