Corps simple highlights the Meunier, the predominant grape variety of Maison Patis Pluriel. It delicately and elegantly reveals the characteristics of the terroir of the Marne Valley, thanks to the precise work done on the plot of Croix de Verneuil, chosen in 2022 for its berry aromas and perfect ripeness. During vinification, interventions are minimal and the absence of sulfites allows this cuvée to fully express itself and reveal its natural character.
