2021 Grolleau
About this wine
This Grolleau is harvested from the 60-year-old vineyard Sonnemot planted on a beautiful clay-limestone terroir. Harvested by hand, pressed on a horizontal press, and then macerated for 17 days. Aged on old oak barrels for 15 months and then bottled without filtration nor addition of sulfur. The wine has a dusty and rustic, but very velvety mouthfeel. Complex but elegant on the palate, displaying a delicate and fine Grolleau. Total production; 1100 bottles!
