About this wine

Montana is a Tocai Friulano from the vineyard Montona. An old vineyard mentioned as one of the crus in Friuli. An amazing wine, with an aromatic character and deep, long-lasting taste. Perfect example of what precise and detailed farming, combined with patience in the cellar, can give. After the harvest, the grapes are stomped by feet, then macerated for two days in concrete vats. After pressing the remaining grapes, the wine finishes fermentation and ages for a minimum of 11 months in the concrete. Hereafter, another 6 months in the bottle before release!
