About this wine

Voi wines works with the same grape material for all wines and the turns the grapes into different wines. The 2021 Hymnos was made in completely other style, as a vin de voile, with an oxidative touch. This vintage, the 2022, is fresh, aromatic and just perfect wine. Only thing theres the same as 2021, is that it is still a blanc de noir! 

Good pairing for it? Go get some feta, tomatoes, onions and cucumber and mix it with an olive oil and oregano and you are in for treat!
