About this wine

+5vov control voltage is the top-level Chardonnay from Ochota Barrels. It is extremely limited due to the small production of only 458 bottles. The grapes come from a small organic farmed parcel in the Piccadilly Valley, a ten-minute drive from the winery in the Basket Range. This is an intense, incredibly rich and well-balanced Chardonnay that needs some years in the bottle.
