About this wine

Les Lormes comes from the Les Lormes vineyard in Pommard, from a small 0.6-hectare plot with younger wines planted in 1992, 1998 and 2013. The terroir is clay and limestone. The wine undergoes semi-carbonic fermentation with destemmed grapes, followed by 17 months of ageing in old barrels. Like all other wines from Seiichi, it is neither fined nor filtered, and only a small amount of sulphur is added — 24 mg/l for this cuvée.
