About this wine

Chorey-les-Beaune from Seiichi! The grapes are harvested from a small 0.2-hectare plot with vines planted in 1962. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by 17 months of ageing in old barrels. The wine is neither fined nor filtered, and only a tiny amount of sulphur is added at bottling — 23 mg/l for this cuvée.
