2023 Dolcetto "Langhe Rosso"
About this wine
Spontaneous fermentation with whole clusters takes place in open steel tanks, followed by 14 days of maceration before pressing. After natural malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to both steel and concrete tanks to age for one year. Only a small amount of sulfur is added at bottling, with a total below 25 mg/L. No filtration or clarification.
