About this wine

Vigne Vilon comes from the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, from a vineyard just outside the village of Cormot-le-Grand, kind of like behind Saint-Romain. Fermentation lasts two months in stainless steel, followed by 17 months in old barrels. The wine is neither fined nor filtered, and only a small amount of sulphur is added before bottling, with a total of 20 mg/l.
