Les Sèves is a vintage that relies on the art of blending and the influence of wood. Vinified in French oak barrels ( Age : 7 years), the three emblematic Champagne grape varieties - Meunier, Pinot noir, and Chardonnay - reveal subtle and complementary aromas, in harmony with woody notes.

Each grape variety is processed individually before being blended following a meticulous tasting where only the wine from the best three barrels is selected. Without filtration, we thus preserve the integrity and structure of the wine, from barrel to bottle.
