About this wine

This extraordinary Pinot Noir comes from a small 0.25-hectare plot in the Premier Cru vineyard Les Lavières. Punchy yet elegant, it shows a true expression of Savigny. Total production is just 1,450 bottles. Only a minimal amount of sulphur was added at bottling — 12 milligrams per litre in total.
