About this wine 

This Pineau d'Aunis is made with grapes from a clay over slint vineyard called La Butte. La Butte is a small parcel of 0,65 hectares planted in 2014. The vines are still very young, but gives extraordinary grapes already. 

Whole cluster fermentation, macerated for 12 days semi-carbonic. Here after the grapes are pressed onto old amforas for both alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The wine stays on the amforas for six months before getting racked and then bottled without filtration nor addition of sulphites. 

Another great example of a natural wine that is balanced and clean yet vibrant and juicy.
