Patis Pluriel
PATIS PLURIEL – VALLÉE DE LA MARNE
Patis Pluriel is a family-owned Champagne estate in the Marne Valley, run by Valentin Patis, the fifth generation on the domaine.
Building on his family’s long history in the region, he combines classic methods with a modern, nature-focused approach. The house was established in 2023 and is founded on the ambition to create pure and honest Champagnes that truly reflect their origin.
The philosophy at Patis Pluriel is rooted in natural winemaking with minimal intervention. The focus is on sustainable and regenerative agriculture aimed at preserving both biodiversity and soil health. The wines are produced without unnecessary additives and are crafted to highlight terroir, grape variety, and vintage.
Patis Pluriel is part of a new generation of grower-Champagne producers—those who cultivate their own grapes and work closely with their terroir. Valentin’s style is both modern and distinctive, with a clear emphasis on sustainability and authenticity. The expression is often more experimental and terroir-driven than that of traditional, larger Champagne houses, making Patis Pluriel an exciting name to follow for anyone interested in quality and innovation in Champagne. The first vintage has just been released, and we are incredibly proud to be part of the journey from the very beginning.
