PATRICK SULLIVAN

Patrick Sullivan is the man behind these wonderful bottles! Ever tasted overseas Chardonnay in such an elegant and Burgundy kind of vibe? Patrick has gained a status as a great, great winemaker in Victoria and all across Australia. 

A one-hour drive from Melbourne in Baw Baw Shire you find his small-scale winery, where quality always win over quantity. That do of course results in wines with concentration combined with a smooth minerality and a beautiful fruit. 

Single site Chardonnay vinfied from each parcel. What they have in common is the volcanic soil, but try all three single site wines and you will see the differences. Ada River, Millstream and Bullsvamp are the ones to try. 

Patrick also produces elegant, easydrinking red wine. Amazingly Pinot Noir from either single site Millstream or a mix from several parcels around Gippsland. 

Patricks wines are made in very small quantities and they are very popular. Get in before it is too late!
