About this wine

This is the Shadow Pinot noir from 2021. Same vinification as on the 2020 vintage. If it ain't broke don't fix it, right!? Individual parcels vinified separately and then pressed into old french barriques. Then aged for 10 month on fine lees before another 6 month of aging on stainless steel before the bottling.
