About this wine

The Rising sun walks the line between fun and breezy as well as serious and structured. It kind of like drinks the way you expect when you cross your crazy uncle with your more refined one. 

Grapes are harvested from a 25 year old vines. 85% destemmed and skin fermented for 5 days and then blended with 15% Carbonic Maceration. Matured in stainless steel and minimal sulphur at bottling.
