About this wine 

Le Fevriér is the name of the parcel where the Sauvignon grapes are from. A 36-year-old parcel, planted on deep clay with limestone. After the manual harvest, the grapes have been pressed on the traditional vertical press and then fermented in a tank. Aged in old, differently sized oak barrels for 22 months, then reassembled for three months, and bottled without the addition of sulfur or filtration. The total production is 1600 bottles.
