About this wine

Fluss is a Riesling cuvée that unites all our vineyards. This wine combines the cool eastern, hot southern and western vineyards, which shimmer in the evening sun and flow together in the bottle like different springs unite to form a river.

PRODUCTION: all different vineyard sites fermented individually, 100% barrique, 17 months on fine lees.

CHARACTER: 10.5 vol %, unfiltered, very spicy and mature, full-bodied and juicy
